About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not your training agreement. If you enroll with us, a separate enrollment agreement governs the service itself, and that document controls wherever the two differ.

Our guarantees

The guarantees described on this site are real and we stand behind them. They are also conditional: each one is defined in full in the enrollment agreement, and each requires the athlete to meet the stated participation conditions — including 90% or better attendance and completion of the required testing and tracking. Nothing on this website replaces or overrides the terms in that agreement. If you want to read it before enrolling, ask and we will send it.

Results and testing data

Performance results shown on this site come from real athletes we have trained, and the numbers are drawn from our own testing records. They are shown to illustrate what our process has produced for specific individuals — not to promise the same outcome for anyone else. Athletic development varies with training age, maturation, health, attendance, sport demands, and effort.

Where a chart or profile on this site is illustrative rather than drawn from a real athlete, it is labeled as such on the page.

Third-party names and marks

Team, league, and school names and logos shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. They appear to indicate where GPS-trained athletes have competed or been drafted. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by those organizations.

Not medical advice

GPS Performance Training provides athletic development and performance coaching. Nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Talk to a qualified medical professional before starting any training program, and especially if your athlete is returning from injury or has a known condition.

Our content

The text, design, photography, methodology names, and testing frameworks on this site belong to GPS Performance Training. You are welcome to link to it or quote it with attribution. Please do not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top reflects the current version.
