Training

The Athlete's
Blueprint.

Professionally engineered to amplify strengths and transform weaknesses. Every path starts the same way: test first, then prescribe.

  1. 01

    The Blueprint

A full performance assessment — force, sprint, and strength testing — produces your athlete’s archetype and priority qualities. $199, fully credited when you enroll.

  2. 02

    The Prescription

The Blueprint prescribes the dose: which path, how many sessions per week, and what to train first. No guesswork, no one-size-fits-all packages.

  3. 03

    The 12-Week Block

Training runs in 12-week blocks with biweekly re-testing and growth-adjusted reports — so you watch the plan work in real numbers.

Find your path

What kind of athlete are you?

Three questions. Sixty seconds. A directional roadmap for exactly where your athlete is — finished by the Blueprint, not by a form.

Question 1 of 3

How old is your athlete?

What matters most right now?

Which sounds like your situation?

Directional only — your athlete’s Blueprint prescribes the exact program and dose.

    How the system works

    Questions about
    the programs.

How the Blueprint decides the path, what a 12-week block actually looks like, and what every athlete gets regardless of which door they came in.

01 Do we have to start with the Blueprint, or can we just start training?

Every path starts with the Blueprint. Force, sprint, and strength testing produce your athlete’s archetype and priority qualities, and that assessment is what determines the program — there is no way to prescribe the right dose without measuring first. It’s $199 and credited in full when you enroll.

02 How do you decide which of the five paths my athlete goes into?

You don’t pick off a menu — the Blueprint prescribes it. The assessment determines which path fits, how many sessions per week, and what to train first. That’s the difference between a prescription and a package: two 14-year-olds in the same sport can come out of testing with different paths and different weekly doses.

03 What’s the difference between group and private training?

Group runs in two tracks — Emerging Athlete (8–12) and Athlete Development (13+) — where athletes train on a shared periodized system with stage-appropriate coaching. Private is fully individualized program design with biomechanics and movement analysis, and scheduling built around your season. Both are built from the same Blueprint and both are tested biweekly.

04 What actually happens over a 12-week block?

Training is periodized across the block, with re-testing every two weeks on the qualities that move that fast and a full re-test at the close. After each re-test you get a growth-adjusted progress report, so you are watching the plan work in real numbers rather than waiting twelve weeks to find out.

05 What does every program include, no matter which path we’re in?

6-pillar profiling and prescription, biweekly testing, growth-adjusted progress reports, Neuro-Visual Training, PEMF recovery and regeneration, and in-house nutrition guidance. The path changes the delivery and the dose — not the standard of what gets measured and reported.

06 Do you work with whole teams, clubs, or schools?

Yes. Team contracts run testing days for the full roster on one standard, build the team’s training block, and report every athlete growth-adjusted — so coaches and directors see exactly what changed, individually and across the roster. Training runs on-site at your facility or at GPS.
